Ratio TV + Mouse, a manic mathematician and a self-proclaimed balloon artist, are addicted to each other and its making them sick. The tragic duo spend their dope sick days immersed with re-starting failed projects and chasing the constant highs that will feed their vices. Soon they realize their festering wounds of psychological toxicity is eating them alive. Two wrongs arent making right.
