Winter Wonderland Aerial Workshop
Join us for a fun filled evening of strengthening, stretching, laughter, and Holiday music. This event is perfect for children interested in trying their first aerial class! This class will focus on core strengthening, flexibility, and entire body workouts designed to increase range of motion and strengthen your entire body by the use of aerial hammocks. We encourage all children ages 8 and up to try something new! This class is guaranteed to be fun filled and leave you feeling accomplished!
