Join us for a variety show featuring short presentations from Hennepin History Magazine contributors. William Burleson will take us behind the scenes working in downtown Minneapolis's Woolworth's store. Boat restorer Cheryl Ahlcrona will show vintage brochures and artifacts from her father's boat business. Learn how Kaalid Omar continues storytelling traditions from Ethiopia without having been there. Charlie maguire will sing classic union songs to illustrate his piece on the 1934 Teamsters strike.
Seating is limited; please reserve your tickets in advance. $5; $3 for seniors or students; free for museum members.
