Untamed Romania
"Romania Untamed" documentary presents the wild beauty of Romania, exploring the incredible landscapes and rich fauna, from the Danube Delta to the Carpathian Mountains. A feature-length film celebrates Romanias astounding natural beauty and sheer diversity of wild animals. Vast mountains, ancient forests and expansive wetlands provide undisturbed habitats to many of the continents iconic creatures. The film is unabashedly in awe of Romanias wild nature, and its diversity, but it is a heartfelt, passionate plea for preserving its wilderness, and protecting its (undeniably) impressive ecosystems. Especially while its not too late. The message is clear crystal: Some things should be preserved the way they are"
Untamed Romania made its international debut on March 18,2018 at the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington DC, participating at the 26th Annual Environmental Film Festival. On May 9, 2018 the film was presented in London, at the British Academy of Theater and Arts (BAFTA) and has won a Gold award at this year's #Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards! Any amount raised will be donated to Foundation Conservation Carpathia - a leading #conservation organization seeking to create the largest forested national park in Europe.
