Fish-Girl
How far would you go to save the woman you love? What if she isn't entirely a woman? "Fish-girl" is the harrowing story of an enchanted mermaid doomed to sing for her supper when a chance encounter with a love-struck tourist offers her salvation but risks total ruin. Actor-creators Sean Andries and Siouxsie Q perform this high-octane, original one-act drama of rich character and heightened emotion.

Siouxsie Q is the creator and host of the acclaimed podcast "The WhoreCast" showcasing the stories, art and voices of American sex workers. She has appeared as a guest expert on the Savage Love column, and Ira Glass thinks she's "charming". She is an adult performer for sites such as Kink.com, Filly FIlms, Queer Porn TV, and The Crash Pad Series. She is a part of the Cum and Glitter collective, a live sex show that merges live music, theatre, and performative sex. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts and recently took her podcast to a live audience with "The WhoreCast LIVE!" which launched the San Francisco Sex Worker Film and Arts Festival. Fighting for Truth, Justice, and the American Whore, Siouxsie Q, is most likely unstoppable.
"Theatre is the last great magic", and Sean Andries is a f*cking wizard. After earning his Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts he has travelled the country working with, training under and performing for such monsters of the modern American Theatre as Richard Foreman (Ontological-Hysteric Theatre), Jon Jory (Actors' Theatre of Louisville) and Ronlin Foreman (Dell'Arte International). In the last 10 years, Sean has helped bring more than 15 original productions to life on stage because he believes firmly that, "life is too short to play other people's songs."
