Vintage liquors (also known as 'dusties') are increasingly being appreciated for their distinct flavor profiles. Like wine, bottled spirits can change with age and develop complex new aromatics, flavors, and textures. This tasting is a unique opportunity to sample some of the rarest whiskies in our collection. In this class, you will learn more about these old spirits and what makes them so special.

To register for any class at The Flatiron Room, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Nicole at nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc. Or you are free to transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email nicole@goodnightgroup.nyc with the name of your substitute.
