Belle Meade Bourbon Dinner at One Eared Stag

On Thursday, May 30 Chef Robert Phalen of One Eared Stag in Inman Park, will be hosting Charlie Nelson of Nelson's Green Brier Distillery for a five-course dinner with cocktail pairings featuring Belle Meade Bourbon. Nelson, visiting from Nashville as a presenter for the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, will be on hand to tell diners the story of Belle Meade Bourbon which he and his brother, Andy, are resurrecting from the pre-Prohibition distillery that was founded by their great-great- great grandfather, Charles Nelson, in 1870.

Tickets for this collaborative dinner are $100 per person, inclusive of pairings, tax, and gratuity.

Cured-smoked steelhead, bean salad, tomato vinaigrette
3rd Course
Braised bacon, 6-minute egg, roasted onion, pickled fennel
4th Course
Beef tongue, pine nuts, whey, coriander, celery

Cornbread, sweet corn, jalapeno granita
