The Pile Driving Contractors Association of South Carolina (PDCA of SC) is proud to sponsor a plant tour at AMERICAN SpiralWeld Pipe Company, LLC (ASWP) for the benefit of contractors, structural and geotechnical engineers, architects, and owners!
The plant tour will cover the basic manufacturing processes of large-diameter spiral-welded carbon steel pipe, 24 thru 144 diameter.
When: Tuesday, December 4th, with tours starting at 10:00 am, 10:20 am, 10:40 am and 11:00 am EST. The event will conclude by 1 pm EST.

Cost: Free
Included: Box lunches will be provided at the end of each groups tour. A tented area of picnic tables will be provided or attendees may take the box lunches if their time away from work that day is limited.
Limited Registration: Every participant must pre-register online by 5:00pm EST, Tuesday, November 27th. No exceptions will be allowed. Registration will be limited to the first 80 registrants.
Tour Group Size: Pre-registered attendees will be split into smaller groups, assigned an ASWP plant tour guide, and released at staggered starting times to facilitate the plant tour.
Parking: Please park in the designated areas, as directed by ASWP personnel.
PPE: Every participant must provide their own PPE: OSHA-approved hard hat and safety glasses. ASWP will provide disposable hearing ear plugs. Steel toe shoes are recommended but not required. No open-toe footwear will be allowed.
Accessibility: The plant tour is an active industrial plant with multiple stairs and restricted walkways, so the tour is not accessible for persons with mobility restrictions. Service animals will not be allowed on the plant tour.
Phones/Cameras: All phones must be off or set to silent while on the premises. There will not be any photography or recordings allowed during the plant tour.
Smoking: No smoking will be allowed during the plant tour.
