Midwinter
Christ the King Somerville performs an original piece of theater designed to present an alternative to the often nostalgic representations of Advent and Christmas.
Using scripture, song, and movement, the all-female cast tell the stories of the men and women who are named in the narrative of the birth of Christ, as well as the story of all of us who are longing for reconciliation and peace.
Join us for an exploration of mystery, lamentation, longing, hope, and joy.
Run time is approximately 60 minutes, with no intermission. Children are welcome.
