A Symphony of Flavors 2008
The Bucks County Symphony will host our second annual wine and food pairing event at Lisa James Otto Country properties in Stockton, New Jersey on Sunday September 14, 2008 from 5:00 to 7:30 PM. . We will be pairing foods from some of our area's finest chefs with wines selected by Phillips Fine Wines of Stockton, New Jersey. The featured speaker will be Eric Asimov, Chief Wine Critic for the New York Times. He has contributed his culinary expertise and writing skills to two books, The New York Times Guide to Restaurants 2004 and $25 and Under: A Guide to the Best Inexpensive Restaurants in New York, multiple newspaper columns, as well as articles for Food and Wine, Martha Stewart Living and Details Magazine.
