As divisiveness and cynicism permeate our community, there is no better time than now to realize our collective values and unite in hopes for a better tomorrow. Consisting of 7 Maine leaders speaking about where they find hope and how they use it to benefit the world, the student-organized Day of Hope will help rebuild the singular most important aspect of our Maine identity - an unwavering sense of community.
The Day of Hope will be held Saturday, December 8th from 11 am to 1 pm at the Yarmouth High School Performing Arts Center. Tickets will be $5 for students and $7 for adults. All proceeds will be going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Maine. Please visit our site www.dayofhopemaine.com.
If you have any questions about the Day of Hope, don't hesitate to contact Ben Cox-Faxon at (207)-615-9567 or y2019bencox@yarmouthschools.org. We hope to see you there!
Thank you, Paige Reinfelder, Grady Welsh, Ben Cox-Faxon
