Yoga and Culinary Adventure in Northern Italy
Sip, savor, and stretch in Fobello, Italy. In this less-traveled gem of Northern Italy, enjoy a daily feast of yoga, hiking, and food adventures. Friends for over 20 years, Alice, award-winning chef at Erba Brusca restaurant, and Sadie, In-house Yogi at Clif Bar, will host this week of nourishment. Each day will start with a invigorating yoga class. Spend afternoons meeting the local baker, learning to cook risotto from the local master, hiking in the surrounding hills, or visiting the nearby, famous wine region In the evenings we will learn from local wine experts and relish shared meals.
The recently-renovated, boutique hotel sits among the mountains in the small hamlet. The 20 unique, bright rooms offer comfortable accommodations. The jacuzzi or sauna will unravel your travel aches and a spacious room will serve as our yoga studio. The restaurant serves three slow, delicious meals a day.
