Our monthly rare rum dinners are frequented by rum aficionados and enthusiastic rum apprentices alike. This intimate supper club will introduce you to the many flavors of rare rums, some interesting rum cocktails, a few fine wines, and how their flavors can be complemented with food. The menu is prepared by michelin star award winning chef Laurence Tham. Numbers are strictly limited to 30 people so please remember to book ahead to avoid disappointment.

June 7th Rum Dinner. 6 perfectly paired beverages, 6 expertly prepared food dishes, one water taxi across the sound (at your expense) Menu is subject to change with out notice. All additional beverages will be charged at normal Kaibo prices. Water taxi can be arranged by Kaibo but is not included in advertised price unless other wise stated. All payments must be made via Brown Paper Tickets before day of event. Brown Paper issued ticket must be present at time of dining.
