This "Cooking from the Farmers' Market" class features seasonal produce grown within miles of Cavallo Point hand-selected fresh from local farmers and purveyors. Prepare and learn about local Bay Area ocean-fresh fi sh and sustainably raised meats. Once the cooking is done, enjoy your culinary endeavors with wines to match.
On the Menu: Arugula and Fingerling Potato Salad, Crème Fraiche Dressing
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Chicken Saltimbocca with Capers and Olives
Shaved Carrot and Mint Salad
Sweet Pea Crostini with Housemade Ricotta
