The year is 2050. 30 years ago WWIII broke out and ravaged the world. In an attempt to subdue the chaos, an agreement was made. All extremes in emotion and media were banned, including art, music and color. But there is an underground resistance. A place where artists converge in a place of light and laughter and color and sound! This is one such place: The Neon Speakeasy.
