Ideation Reactor: Floating the Monitor
Ideation Reactor is an opportunity to come together for some fun brainstorming around a theme, technology, project or other topic, perhaps with the purpose of considering a project, or just seeing where imagination and creativity can take us. This is a chaotically scheduled event with strange attractors for designers, engineers, entrepreneurs, tinkerers and anyone else that loves to contribute to the creative process of imagining what is possible.
Our initial event is on a theme brought to us by Tom Reynolds, who wants to explore how to build a 1:1 scale replica of the USS Monitor using the foundation of a CDTA or other bus to make a float! Brainstorming along the dimensions of how to make it happen physically, financially, temporally and any other avenue of inquiry will be explored!
