Take time out for yourself on this special day. A call to All women to join Sofiah on this movemebt journey to honor where we come from. Danyasa uses imagination and creativity to dance our edge and awaken our fullest individual expression through celebration of our beautiful moving bodies. Danyasa weaves the masculine roots of yoga with the feminine grace of ecstatic expression as we dance our dreams alive.
About Sofiah:
From the jungles of Costa Rica, Sofiah Thom creates environments for transformation and self discovery. An interdisciplinary artist with a degree in Dance Therapy from Naropa University, studies at the Tamalpa Institute in Expressive Healing Arts, a myriad of trainings in bodywork, yoga and dance, Sofiah's deep understanding of the body shines through her work as she inspires us to shine our light and to remember our essence through the joy of authentic expression.
