Real Talk with Rafe Esquith

Join Left Bank Books and MICDS for an event with author Rafe Esquith in celebration of his new book, "Real Talk for Real Teachers: Advice for Teachers from Rookies to Veterans." Rafe Esquith will speak and answer questions from the audience, followed by a book signing.

This is a ticketed event. Ticket packages admit one person and include one copy of "Real Talk for Real Teachers," which Esquith will sign following the event. Additional books are available for purchase from Left Bank Books in advance and at the event.

Rafe Esquith has taught at Hobart Elementary School in Los Angeles for twenty-eight years. He is the only classroom teacher to have been awarded the president's National Medal of the Arts. His many other honors and awards include the American Teacher Award and "People" magazine's Heroes Among Us Award
