Bands For Boston

The attacks on the Boston Marathon left an impression on our country that will not soon be forgot. Although rescue workers, medical personnel on hand to assist runners, bystanders, and runners rushed to help the wounded in the immediate aftermath, the bombings killed 3 spectators and 264 people were injured enough to be treated in 27 local hospitals such as Brigham and Women's. At least 14 people required amputations as a result of the blasts.
These are the people that need our help. Over 26 hospitals are still currently treating people injured in the attack, and many of these victims are struggling to pay their medical bills. Amputations, skin grafts, and other necessary operations add up fast, even for those with health insurance, and that's before you consider lost work days and the recovery and post traumatic stress. With an average cost of $4,287 per 24 hours spent in a hospital and god knows how much more in home care costs, it's time to step up and show our love and support.
Join us May 16th as we rock out with love to Post Rapture Party, the Adarna, and DarkLight with featured performances by Bella Luna and Morgue Anne. All profits from this show will go directly towards helping victims of the Boston Marathon Bombing.
