The Moonshine Music Series Presents Billy Wylder + The Dupont Brothers + Caroline Rose
HOLY MOONSHINE! Join us on the farm to welcome summer and celebrate the release of the debut Billy Wylder record, "Sand & Gold." The festivities include sets by Billy Wylder, the Dupont Brothers, & Caroline Rose!

From the archaic streets of Jerusalem to the small towns of America and all along the way, music has been the thread and source of strength for Billy Wylder. The band features Avi Salloway from Hey Mama/Avi & Celia joined by a boot kick crew of musical vigilantes. Billy Wylder recorded their new album with the help of The Low Anthem in Providence, RI and is now touring America, building the "Wylder family" of fans from town to town.

"[Salloway's] traveled the globe, teaching in the Middle East and absorbing myriad worldly musical influences. All of which inform his new project, Billy Wylder, which fuses disparate styles, from worldbeat to art rock, with his Americana roots." Seven Days

Two brothers reunite after years of geographical separation by a fortified collaboration in music. Lush finger-style guitar work is complimented by elegant prose and a vocal blend that could only be matched by blood relation. The sound is Vermont made folk-rock-Americana. "Together the DuPont Brothers resonate at just the right frequency. There were moments that honestly gave me chills." Seven Days

Rose's songwriting stands on its own in the ground covered by the likes of Townes Van Zandt, Joni Mitchell, and John Prine. America Religious covers an array of topics ranging from current political issues to honest, sometimes heartbreaking self-realizations. The songs on her new album, America Religious reflect years of travel, happenstance meetings with strangers, and conversations with old friends and distant relatives.

The festivities begin with a picnic and pickin' party at 3pm. Solfresh Farm will have a farm stand with Spring veggies and organic fair available. Instruments, spirits, friends, lovers all welcome :)
