ARTS ENCOUNTER - VIETNAMESE WATER THEATRE
Your young dancers will meet for 4 consecutive days, (Monday-Thursday) to explore, through dance, art, and music - a different theme each week.
10:00-11:45 am
Each Session includes a Pre-Ballet dance class, a break for theme related snacks, and an Art Class. Sessions culminate with an informal mini-performance for friends and family, featuring scenery, props, and costumes created by your young ones.
JULY 22-25: Vietnamese Water Theatre
Dating back to the 11th century, Water Theatre is an art form many Asian countries use to tell their legends.
With the magic of the theatre and the craft of puppetry and ancient Cham dance, we will tell these traditional tales.
