Live at the Fries - Violinist Aaron Meyer
Concert Rock Violinist Aaron Meyer performs cutting edge original music and arrangements with virtuosity and passion. Backed by his band, including guitar, piano, bass guitar and percussion, Aaron brings his refreshing musical style to the stage, connecting with audiences of all ages! Meyers unique brand of music bridges world, contemporary progressive rock and classical genres. Classically trained since age 5, Meyer debuted with the Philadelphia Orchestra at age 11, and has subsequently soloed with many international orchestras, including a 90-minute concert of original music with the Oregon Symphony. He has complimented artists as diverse as Pink Martini, Smokey Robinson, Aaron Neville, The Temptations and Everclear. To date Meyer has released nine albums, ranging in musical variety.
The Thomas Rheingans Ensemble will kick off the concert.
