Game & Beer Dinner

Our annual game dinner!
5-course meal paired with brews from our local brewery friends at Hitchcock Brewing in Whately.

The menu will be updated shortly but will include items such as:
Sausage duo- Duck & Armagnac sausage and Venison & Cherry sausage alongside pear and bacon sauerkraut and cranberry mustard

Hitchcock Brewing Beers, featuring:
Nice Rumpkin- Seasonal roasted pumpkin ale which has a rich, full body and pumpkin color. Made from roasting sugar pumpkins and butternut squash over a hardwood open grill for subtle notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and fresh ginger.
Vienna Lager- A light and crisp golden, German lager that drinks and finishes clean- with a European flair.
Raspberry Porter- Rich and creamy session porter infused with local raspberries. An easy quaff with silky mouthfeel & notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla and fresh fruit.

$65.00 per person is inclusive of costs for the meal, tax, gratuities, and optional tour.

If you do not join in on the brewery tour the dinner room will be open beginning at 6:30, but the bar is always there!
