Catching Rain: Low Impact Development and Green Stormwater Strategies for Real Estate Professionals Bremerton
Low Impact Development (LID), or Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI), requirements for new construction and redevelopment are coming soon in many cities and counties across the state.  Learn about these stormwater management techniques and why new requirements are being put in place, as well as how the changes may affect you and your clients. Development and green-industry professionals, along with experts from WSU Extension are providing a series of cutting edge training workshops across the state.

These free workshops will provide 7.5 clock hours for real estate brokers and appraisers!

Each workshop includes a free lunch and a 90-minute field trip for a hands-on look at LID/GSI features.
