Tony Panagiotu of Panagiotu Pension Advisors will discuss creative retirement plan designs, including:

401k plan designs which include Roth and tax deductible contributions
eligibility and why it matters
IRS and DOL audits
creative contribution allocations
cash balance plans
design ideas for companies of all sizes.

He will also discuss current budget proposals that could have a huge impact on qualified plans.

The final Mt. Rainier IMA speaker of the year is Tony Panagiotu of Panagiotu Pension Advisors (PPA).
