Returning to Palisades for its 4th year!
10 short films from from 8 countries, each under 15 minutes in length.
One World * One Week * One Festival
Screenings will be held in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, South America
Central America, Canada, the Middle East and the USA.
You are a judge!
Everyone will be handed a voting card. You select your favorite.
The world-wide winning film will be announced on Sunday, October 6 in NYC at 10:00pm.
