Event
Memphis Matters December 1, 2018
Through a unique combination of improvisational theatre, personal narrative, and community dialogue, Memphis Matters provides audiences a wonderful opportunity to connect with the 'heart' of Memphis. At performances, we gather together to reflect on our identity as citizens of this unique and growing city. Seeing our impressions, observations, and stories come to life via Playback strengthens our shared community and lifts our collective civic spirits. You are always welcome you to share a story, or just sit back and watch the magic unfold. All ticket proceeds from every Memphis Matters show go towards funding shows for our community partners. These shows take place within programs serving under served populations and benefit groups in need. Memphis Matters is sponsored by First Tennessee, ArtsMemphis, Huey's, Avon Acres, Fish & Associates, Colliers International, Ace Awareness Foundation, Jim Keras Subaru, InDev, The Tennessee Arts Commission, and the support of individuals like you.
