THE BIGGEST little NEW WORKS FESTIVAL A Week of Locally Sourced New Theatricals and Writings for the Stage
Performances Dates: November 8 - 11, 2018
The seventh annual BIGGEST little New Works Festival at Brüka Theatre is a showcase for original works featuring traditional and nontraditional pieces created by local and regional artists. Some of these writings have gone on to perform in National Fringe Festivals. This small festival features 10 staged readings with workshops and more over 4 days in our downtown Sub-Brüka space. Readings range from monologues to full-length productions. Groups receive a portion of the ticket sales.

SYNOPSIS: Easy talk becomes criminal action when a group of concerned Natives kidnap a fellow Native business owner in the hopes of bettering their community. Out in the desert, held up in a desolate cabin they attempt their best to just make things better, ya know? EDM, bone fracturing, and the worst kind of powdered drink mix, follow in this latest Rough Talk Sweethearts production.
