Chef's Table
Our new Chef's Table can accommodate up to ten guests and presents an opportunity to meet and interact with your colleagues and Chef Randy.
Chef Randy will prepare the following four-course lunch menu using seasonal ingredients as he shares kitchen secrets and preparation methods.
Appetizer
Roasted baby beets, blackberries, mizuna greens, vadouvan spiced pistachios, Point Reyes blue cheese, and house-made blackberry vinaigrette
First Course
House-cured sake salmon, Japanese eggplant caponata, green onion-ginger-cilantro sauce, and toast crisps
Second Course
Seared New York steak with wheat berry and brentwood corn risotto, sauce choron, and fried leeks
Dessert
Balsamic-berry and fig pavlova
For food aficionados, the Chef's Table is an experience to remember, offering a seasonal culinary journey, and a unique lunch experience in the dining room of the SCA23 Cafe.
