Forty-Six and Bull City Ciderworks come together to create a meal to remember. Exciting cuisine created by Forty-Six's Rob Faggart pairs with the unique and flavorful hard ciders from Bull City Ciderworks (Lexington and Durham, NC) for a culinary experience that's fresh and new in Kannapolis. Bull City's Karl Fulbright will be along for the ride to educate and entertain. Join us on this culinary adventure!

Appetizer: fried chicken lollipop, rosemary waffle, Cheerwine-balsamic reduction

Vegetable Course: smoked ratatouille a la Keller, shaved parm, baguette, basil
