Secrets of the Cellar with the Winemaker
Its time for a raid on our cellar. Club members, join our winemaker, Lisa Lee, as we open hidden bottles and uncover some secrets of our cellar. We're sure to discover luscious bouquets highly developed with age. All will be a surprise as these bottles have not been opened in some time.
Well explore six wines, going back as far as 2006, of three varietals Pinot Noir, Syrah and Petite Sirah. Learn what to look for in each wine and how to pair it with holiday delights. Cheese and chocolate pairings give you a starting point for hosting unforgettable holiday parties. Wines tasted will be available for sale with special pricing on this evening.
This event is a small, space-limited event open to Charles R Club Members only. Please wear modest shoes as you will be walking to and from the cellar on a gravel road.
