Introducing Swift Drifter, the highly anticipated debut solo effort from Boone, North Carolina based songwriter and musician, Shay Martin Lovette. Born from inspiration and creativity that stem from a life of adventure and influenced by personal experiences both devastating and transformative, these songs convey a sense of angst and longing while exploring the unexpected beauties that each new day can bring. Recorded at 75 Sound in Winston Salem, North Carolina with Producer John Pfiffner, Swift Drifter features nine original songs encompassing lyrics both stark and mystic that lead the listener down a path of sweet reminiscence while effortlessly encouraging us to forge ahead over lifes peaks and valleys.

Shay Martin Lovette has been honing his craft on tour across the Southeast and beyond in support of 'Swifter Drifter' since it's release early this Summer. Shay will be accompanied by his long time friend/lead guitarist, and collaborator, Locke Griffith for this intimate duo performance at Tabor.
