Behind the Scenes at a Bed & Breakfast
Local Bed and Breakfast owner Sally Kruger welcomes you to an exclusive tour of her inn. In a discussion which will include your questions, she will reveal how she and husband, Gene, got into the B & B business, what it took to open, what the experience has been like, and some anecdotes of their favorite characters. This special up-close-and-personal opportunity is something even Sally's guests don't enjoy. Come hungry; refreshments will be served.
Transported from LA and a career in medical research (i.e. immunology and AIDS), Sally, being a type A personality, needed something to do. Since she likes people, wine and cooking, a B & B seemed like a great thing to do. Gene, the engineer, is great at repairs and drinking wine. Otherwise he stays out of the B & B.
