In Beauty May I Walk
Join Projekt for an autumn journey. We will perform music that explores the relationship between man and nature as the seasons change, including Estonian composer Veljo Tormis' "Autumn Landscapes", Jonathan Dove's "In Beauty May I Walk", and Felix Mendelssohn's "Six Songs to be Sung Outdoors". You can expect to hear depictions of sweet birdsong, cold rain, icy wind, and moments of reverential contemplation. The finale will be "Santiago" from Joby Talbot's "Path of Miracles". This epic work, written in 17 parts, depicts the final arrival at the end of the pilgrimage across Spain known as the Camino de Santiago.
