An elegiac chronicle of a bygone era (the 60's) and celebration of a late-night radio host on WBAI-FM in New York, Bob Fass. Mr. Fass was an influential voice in broadcasting and a witness to the times whose ideals and follies he helped to articulate. Interviews with Judy Collins and Arlo Guthrie, WBAI staff members, and others document the tumultuous times of social and political change.
