Yoga for Low Back Relief
Don't miss this specialty class with Jennifer Miles of Cannakula Saturday October 27th. Check-in begins at 10:10am, class begins at 10:30am. Participants who arrive after 10:40am will not be allowed entry. Please bring a mat.
The lower back is a sensitive spot for many people. Experiencing lower back pain may come from a weak core and poor posture from sitting or standing all day. In most situations, doing some gentle yoga can help relieve tightness and give your lower back some relief.
Participants with a medical card will receive a goodie bag! Walk ins are welcome if we have space availability. $35 for walk-ins.
