Pam Drews Phillips
Jazz pianist Pam Drews Phillips enchants audiences with her wide variety of piano styles. A pianist-conductor-composer, she can and has played it all: Broadway, Classical, New Age, Pop. But it's as a jazz performer that she particularly shines.
After performing in her native Chicago, Phillips lit out for New York City where she conducted the Broadway companies of "Crazy for You" and "Jerome Robbins Broadway," the national company of "On Your Toes" and the national and Scandinavian companies of "Evita." As a keyboardist, she performed in many Broadway shows and on cast and concert recordings as well as film work.
Concert performances include work with orchestras in New York City and at the Grand Teton Music Festival. Highlights of her jazz career include working with The Glenn Miller and Nelson Riddle Orchestras, Lainie Kazan, Betty Buckley and the Manhattan Rhythm Kings. Since 1996 the city girl has lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
She'll perform her thrilling blend of monstrous piano chops and exhibit her fun, effusive personality to our audience.
