TPR Cinema Tuesdays Series: Lawrence of Arabia
The first film in the 2013 TPR Cinema Tuesdays Series, "Lawrence of Arabia" stars Peter O'Toole as the controversial British Army officer T.E. Lawrence. Lawrence finds his loyalties divided as he works with Arabic desert tribes during World War I. Widely considered to be one of the most influential films ever made, "Lawrence of Arabia" won seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Director for David Lean, five Golden Globe Awards and four BAFTAs.
Rated PG
Tickets are available for a suggested price of $10 for TPR Members and $12 for non-members. Proceeds benefit Texas Public Radio.
