About the Property:
Fruit Tree Landscape & Nursery, Kent
For lease 6 to 8 acres tillable acres (landowner looking to lease all property together to a commercial grower). Experienced vegetable grower with cultivation equipment desirable. Currently a plant nursery, future expansion possible on additional 12 acres as owner sells or relocates nursery stock. Irrigation, shop and cooler facilities are available. Ground is not organic, but herbicide free for several years. Beautiful new farm stand facility may be available for lease to qualified individual. Owner will continue to clean up nursery stock/ground and live on site. There is no additional housing on site. Property has great location! One minute to Hwy 167 and five minutes to I-5. Lease rates are negotiable.
About the Event:
We'll provide light breakfast snacks and coffee/tea. Please wear appropriate footwear for walking around the fields and outerwear for weather. We'll be outside. Kids welcome, but please leave pets at home.
