Did you know that Bette Davis was supposed to follow Judy Garland at the Palace theatre in 1951? It is 100% true. Only now she's going be opening for her in Studio City (well, kind of). Every Thursday and Friday at 8 PM It's "An intimate Evening with Bette Davis" starring Peter Mac as the indomitable force of nature Ms. Davis. The evening is highlighted by a visit from her "Friend", Joan Crawford, (DJ Schaefer).
There's music too and trust us, Bette's singing cannot be described in mere words. In fact, "She'll tease you, She'll unease you, All the better just to please you, She's precocious and she knows just what it takes to make a pro blush."
Ah, the great Bette Davis, she was always a Twelve O' Clock Girl in a Nine O' Clock town, but the show is at 8 PM every Thursday and Friday, Previews begin April 25 and officially opens on May 10.
