Billy Wolfe, original pianist
Billy Wolfe's original piano music is a fun combination of classical, romantic, spiritual and jazz styles. It is also strongly influenced by musical theater and latin music, especially tango, and enjoyable to listen to as well as dance to. Billy tries to stay true to his compositions by playing them exactly as written on the page, but he inevitably turns to improvisation and expands whatever he is playing to suit the atmosphere of the present moment. Most likely he will invite a friend or two to sit in and sing or play along on a standard.
