In December 2012 Janiva was voted for the following 5 Blues Music Awards. They are B.B. King Entertainer of the year, Album of the year for Stronger For it, Song of the Year for I won't Cry, Contemporary Blues Album of the Year for Stronger For It, and contemporary Blues Female Artist. This real deal of a blues singer is touring from Coast to Coast promoting her new album Stronger For It. The West Side Theatre is very proud to bring her to Newman.
