Well look no further as CAFA (Caribbean Film Association) brings you award winning films showcased at everyones favorite gathering spot, Nicholas Brooklyn. A STORY ABOUT WENDY A Dramedy by Sean Hodgkinson
Wendy Phillips' life spirals out of control after the sudden departure of her fiancé. Forced to move back in with her parents, Wendy's Mother and childhood best friend, Giselle are concerned that Wendy is hanging out with a deviant, Sylvia. Wendy hopes that landing a job with Television Presenter Simone Davies, will help get her back on her feet, but Simone has other plans for Wendy. (Trinidad & Tobago)
FISH a Dramatic Short by SHAUN ESCAYG Two homeless cousins desperately try to survive the streets of Port-Of Spain Trinidad. Thieves, by street credit, they routinely hunt the local market in search of unsuspecting shoppers but times are getting harder and the pickings slim. Will fortune favor the brave? Or will their desperate actions lead to their demise. (Trinidad & Tobago)
THE COMING OF ORG a Dramatic Short by DAVINA LEE Everyone has to meet Org at some point in their life...after this you are never the same again! The story revolves around 3 persons; Tison, Jennifer and Charlo. Tison is a young popular DJ, Jennifer a battered wife and Charlo a lonely old man. They each meet Org and are changed forever. (St. Lucia)
