FEATURED MUSICIANS:
Pepper Proud: http://www.pepperproud.com/
Pepper Proud was raised surrounded by a thriving arts community in Lewisburg, West Virginia. From rock bands to back porch jams, she developed a style unique to her desire to communicate with the emotion of meaningful melodies. Pepper studied Voice and Performance at Radford University and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2007. Pepper's first full length album "Riddles & Rhymes" was released in November 2012.
Josh Philpott: http://joshphilpott.com/index.html
Hailing from Tennessee, Josh plays music that lends itself to the musical space he likes to occupy. An improvisational approach is an important element in Josh's music. Josh studied jazz at Middle Tennessee State and his influences also include folk, R&B, and classical music. He strives to keep the music he plays true to the musical elements he finds most moving: strong melody, exciting rhythms, danceable grooves, drama, the sublime, and an overall effort to keep on the sunnyside.
John Wies & Decateur Buff: www.myspace.com/decateurbuff
John's gravelly vocals accompany his unique, percussive acoustic playing style. His compositions investigate the human condition and contain elements of his influences; from blues and funk to rock and bluegrass. He will be joined by Sandra Golightly & Mike Young.
