Cassis travels home to Japan in search of her brothers spirit, after his untimely death, and runs headlong into a cultural collision course. To find him she must navigate the descending rainy season, during which the line between worlds blurs and access is granted. But how far can she go before theres no coming back? A tale of obsession and memory told by The Crane taking theatrical form as a life sized bunraku puppet.
