Improv For Good with Act II Improv
Act II improv was formed by improvisational actors that believe in performing "for good". Giving back to the community is a central part of the troupe. While paying forward is important, they also seek to provide a creative outlet for improvisational artists to innovate and grow. Act II Improv has focused on long-form scene based improvisation, such as The Harold, and a unique piece they developed called "Causing a Scene". Frequent visitors to their productions coined the phrase "... dramatically comedic" to describe how they weave their humor and unscripted reality.
