The Joy of Cheese and Gastronomie 491 Present The Gastronomie 9

Since its opening, Gastronomie 491 has been hailed for having one of the best cheeses cases in New York City, and lately it has received good notices for presentation of these cheeses too (see http://bit.ly/VSYuhe). We augment this visual presentation with actual classes that typically turn into intimate discussion groups about cheese.
Please join us Wednesday April 24 at 7 at Gastronomie 491, 491 Columbus Avenue (between 83rd and 84th) for the Gastronomie 9, a presentation of nine extraordinary cheeses and discussion about them. Unlike previous tastings where there was beverage presentation in tandem with the cheese, this is a cheeselover's choice when it comes to drink. Attendees may purchase the wine, beer or soft drink of their choosing (yes, thus this is an all-ages event). Tickets are $20.
