National Festival Chorus with Maestro Richard Mathey at Avery Fisher Hall
Manhattan Concert Productions presents the National Festival Chorus and a selected ensemble from the National Band & Orchestra Festival at Lincoln Center's renowned Avery Fisher Hall on Sunday evening, April 21 at 8:00pm. The National Festival Chorus will perform a wonderful program of handpicked selections, including O Be Joyful in the Lord (John Rutter), Spiritual (Ysaye Barnwell), Silver Wings (John Carter) and many more, all under esteemed Guest Conductor Richard Mathey - who has performed 17 leading operatic tenor roles, appeared as a soloist with symphonies throughout the country, and has led his choirs in state, regional, and national conventions throughout the US.
