Wheatland Chorale: "Manger Songs" Concert
NOT A SINGLE ORDINARY MOMENT Escape from the ordinary with a performance by the Wheatland Chorale. Known throughout the region for its shimmering sound, with artistic director, Eric R. Riley, this ensemble has reached new heights of artistry.
Our 2018 Holiday Concert Series is entitled "Manger Songs." The Wheatland Chorale is celebrating its 31st Season, and this year's holiday concert series features many wonderful works that show off the Chorale's signature sound. One special highlight is "Balulalow" by composer Francis Pott. It is a lullaby set in a gorgeous, shimmering soundscape. Guest artist Janet Jackson Witman, harpist, accompanies Frank Ferko's "A Festival of Carols."
