Greetings! at ARTC Theatre
The Alamance Repertory Theatre Company presents "Greetings!" by Tom Dudzick. In this holiday comedy, Andy has a sweet Catholic mother, a sour Catholic father, and mentally handicapped younger brother, and a Jewish atheist fiancee. When Andy brings home his fiancee to meet the family on Christmas Eve, his worst fears about family blow-ups are realized. His brother Mickey, who has a vocabulary of 2 phrases, suddenly says, "Greetings!" An ancient, wise and witty spirit has borrowed Mickey's body to heal the family. This play is guaranteed to get you into the holiday spirit, no matter how you celebrate. The Associate Press says it "glows with warmhearted emotion."
